I downloaded and installed Windows 7 on my MacBook last week. So far so good. It looks very nice for a Windows OS and it’s pretty fast. Not as annoying as Vista.

Windows 7 is a RC Beta. You can download and get a license that's good until next June. The download is available at http://windows.com

Then use Disk Utility on your MacBook to burn the ISO to a DVD. You can install via Boot Camp (like I did) or by Parallels, etc.
